PRE-MATCH

Capital Soccer Show: Download and listen to it on your way to the stadium or while you tailgate. Hosts Greg Roche (DC101) and Sebastian Salazar breakdown the team's current form and interview soccer personalities from around MLS and U.S. Soccer.


Parking benefits for VW owners: If you drive a Volkswagen, you are eligible for two great parking benefits. VW offers free parking to the first 50 Volkswagens that park in Lot 4. Arrive early! The lot fills quickly. Volkswagen owners that park in Lot 8 (full parking rates apply) are eligible to park in a special section that is normally reserved for Season Ticket Holders. Learn more.


Lot 8 Tailgate and Food Trucks: The Lot 8 Tailgate opens two and a half hours prior to kickoff and features fun activities for fans of all ages. Check out the D.C. United merchandise pop-up shop featuring exclusive adidas team gear. Get a taste of the town from local DC food trucks Bada Bing, DC Slices, and Doug the Food Dude. Tailgaters typically gather on the lawn for corn hole and other games.


United Drives: United Drives will be collecting food and non-perishable items to benefit local food banks. All donations are accepted at Gate A. Learn more.


Living Social Redemption: For those fans who purchased their tickets through United partner Living Social, all ticket redemption will be at Gate E on the day of the game. Learn more.

Matchday: Be sure to pick up a free copy of Matchday. This issue contains all-new content and stats, complete with a profile on Head Coach Ben Olsen.


Be a Good Sport: D.C. United and Budweiser encourage fans to drink responsibly. Head to Gate A to make the pledge to be the designated driver for your friends and receive a free soda, Good Sport promotional items, and the chance to win a cool prize-pack. Learn more.


Get the Gear: Our Team Store is located at RFK Stadium’s Main Gate, and offers the best selection of official D.C. United gear, including exclusive BLACKOUT gear. Visit the team store on the day of the game, or online at dcuteamstore.com


VW Garage: The Volkswagen Garage is located field-level in the north endzone, and it has been given a Playoff makeover for the BLACKOUT. From the time gates open, until kickoff, fans will have the opportunity to take pictures with D.C. United’s 4 previous MLS Cup trophies. The garage also features face painting, Olsen's Obstacles, Meet the Fleet, a photobooth, and tons of cool giveaways for United fans. Learn more.


Food specialties: RFK Stadium offers everything from pupusas and carne asada to hot dogs and fries, plus a good selection of beers and drinks. You can grab food at a vendor's stand or try the Capitol View Club a pub-style eatery located on the Mezzanine level behind section M-17. List of food and beverage locations.

Departing Lot 8: The District Department of Transportation has begun a construction project that prevents fans from exiting Lot 8 via the 395 access road. Please use our detour directions and map when exiting Lot 8.
