GUEST SERVICES BOOTH:
Guest Services is located on the 300 Level behind Section 307. It is open when the RFK Stadium gates open until 30 minutes following the game to assist guests.
ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
RFK Stadium offers several disabled seating locations. Seats may be purchased in advance or on game days at the Box Office window at Main Gate. Parking for persons with disabilities is available in all public lots and is on a first come, first served basis. Certified service animals or service animals in-training for guests with disabilities are welcome at RFK Stadium. (All other animals are prohibited.) All restrooms at RFK Stadium are disabled accessible.

RFK Stadium has guest elevators behind Section 210 on the Main Concourse Level and behind Section 208 at the Gate A Administrative Office Entrance
LOST AND FOUND:
Guests needing to claim or report lost items during a game should visit Guest Services on the 300 Level behind Section 307 or call us at 202-587-5430. Lost and Found is open between the 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Guests wanting to claim a found item must be ready to positively identify their item, have a photo ID, and sign for said item. Items lost at prior games are held in a locked storage area for 30 days and then donated to an appropriate charitable organization or destroyed if containing sensitive information.
LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS:
Lost children and Guests will be taken to Guest Services located on the 300 Level behind Section 307. Guest Services representatives will accompany lost guests to this location and keep in contact with other staff members in the building to ensure the party is reunited. Guest identification wristbands are available at the Guest Services window. The Child ID Program gives children wristbands with their seating locations written on it. Patrons may get a wristband for their child at Guest Services.
A mother has the right to breast feed her child in any public or private location where the mother and child are authorized to be present. Mothers requesting private accommodations, are encouraged to use one of the family restrooms that are located around the stadium or contact Guest Services for additional locations.
Guests will only be paged by the public address system in the event of an emergency. Requests for paging Guests attending the game should be directed to Guest Services on the 300 Level behind section 307. If the situation can be verified via a return call to a physician, medical facility, police or fire department, we will attempt to deliver a message to the Guest at their seat location or make a Public Address announcement.
Restrooms are available throughout the inside of the entire stadium on all levels. All restrooms at RFK Stadium are accessible to persons with disabilities.
A taxi pick-up and drop-off is located across from RFK stadium on East Capitol Street near the Parking Lot 3 entrance. Additionally, employees can assist our Guests by providing numbers for cab companies located on the phone list.
Wheelchair escort service is provided by Guest Services. To receive a wheelchair escort service, Guests can do one of the following: Contact the Game Day Guest Services Fan Hotline at (202) 608-1184; Contact a Guest Services Gate Supervisor upon arrival at the stadium; Stop by the Guest Services window located behind Section 307
