The RDS All Star Event brings together standout talents from across the Regional Development School program for an evening of competition, recognition and awards.

Each season, the RDS coaches actively assess every player within the program for additional opportunities with D.C. United. Multiple times per season, the RDS staff comes together to discuss players’ progress, with coaches having the opportunity to recommend players that have excelled in the program for the RDS All Star Event.

The goal of the RDS All Star Event is to recognize players that have impressed within the program throughout the year. With the program operating satellite locations throughout the DMV, across multiple seasons, this is a great opportunity to further test players against other All Stars they may have not competed with to date.

Exceptional talents within the RDS program are also recommended to our D.C. United Futures and D.C. United Academy staff.
