Our group rates start at 10 people.
Do I need to pay for my tickets when I select a match?
No, you have two options to pay for your group tickets:
- Place a deposit and then pay off your group experience two weeks out from the match
- Pay when you select your match
How can I purchase my tickets?

What forms of payment do you take?
All major credit and debit cards or checks.
How do I access or print my tickets?
Once you finalize your group with a D.C. United group specialist, you will be able to access your tickets and your group’s tickets on the D.C. United mobile app or via the D.C. United Account Manager. For additional help, visit our Mobile Ticketing page. All Audi Field events are mobile entry only. Printed tickets are not available at Audi Field.

How can my group participate in a Fan Experience?
Our Fan Experiences are one of the best ways to host a group at a D.C. United match! Participating in a Fan Experience is as easy as organizing a group outing. There are ticket minimums with each experience and your group sales specialist will assist you in growing your group to participate in any of our Fan Experiences. View our Fan Experiences.
Why does my group outing include a processing fee?
The group processing fee covers administrative fees involved with organizing a group outing and purchasing tickets.
Can my group pay separately but sit together?
Yes, we have the option to sit together or as closely as possible while paying separate. We can create a link that will include a per ticket fee to use the platform. Ask your group sales specialist on how we can create this option for you and your group!
