WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A D.C. UNITED SEASON TICKET MEMBER?

You represent a united district. You are a group of people that come from different cultures and backgrounds to offer a unique voice in a unified setting at our home, Audi Field. Since 1996 our season ticket members come together each and every match to cheer on our squad and create an astonishing environment for players and fans alike. The Black-And-Red family is the key to the success of our team, our stadium, and our city.

Where can I purchased my discounted season-long parking?

Parking plans are provided by Spothero and members will receive an email with promo code to apply discount.

Where can I purchase my 10% off single match and group tickets?

Members can purchase single match tickets at the discounted rate through the app. Please contact your representative to use your 10% discount on group tickets.

What do I need to present at Audi Field concession stands to receive 10% off concessions at Audi Field?

Members need to present their STM ID card on their app to the concessionaire in order to receive the discount. The discount is accepted at all locations at Audi Field!

How do I receive 10% off at the Audi Field Club Shop (online/in-store)?

Members can use DCU2020 to receive a 10% discount on the online store. To apply the discount at the Club Shop please present your STM ID card to the cashier at check out.

When will I received my limited-edition member-exclusive gift for the 2020 season?

Members will receive their Season Ticket Member gift in early March.

How can I guarantee my price through the 2021 season?

Members can guarantee their price for the 2020-2021 season by signing a 2 year extension.

MOBILE TICKETING

In order to make Audi Field a more secure venue for our fans, all event tickets will be accessed from a mobile device. Digital ticketing reduces the amount of fraud and gives fans the ability to conveniently manage their tickets on their phone.

The easiest place to access your mobile tickets is through the

D.C. United App. The app is available through the App Store or Google Play Store. Season Ticket Members and group tickets can also be accessed on your phone’s web browser through their D.C. United Account Manager. Single Ticket purchasers can also find their tickets by logging into www.ticketmaster.com.

2021 TICKET EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Ticket Exchanges are only available for Full Season Members

Ticket Exchanges must be completed via Account Manager; exchanges are currently not supported via the D.C. United App

1) How to exchange tickets from one match to another, OR exchange/upgrade seats within the same match:

a) Log into your D.C. United Account Manager via your mobile device, computer, or tablet.

b) Select the match you want to manage, click the ellipsis above “More”, and select “Exchange”.

c) Select the tickets you would like to exchange, click “Continue”, then select the match you would like to exchange into.

d) Once the map loads please update the ticket quantity in the upper right corner to reflect the number of tickets you would like to obtain. Example: If you have two season tickets and you simply want to move to a different location for the match, leave the seat quantity at two. If you have two season tickets but a friend is joining you for a match, change the seat quantity to three.

e) Select the specific seats you would like to exchange into. Please note you may not leave a single seat unoccupied within a row.

f) By selecting seats within the same price level as your original tickets, the exchange will come at no additional cost. By selecting additional tickets, or tickets at a higher price point, you will be responsible for the difference owed. The cost of the new tickets will be the single match rate with a 10% member discount applied.

g) Once you have your new seats selected click “Add to Cart”. Review the match and seat location for your new tickets, and click “Continue”

h) The Summary page will display the tickets you are exchanging out of, the tickets you are exchanging into, and the cost of any upgrade or additional tickets. Once you confirm the details, click “Next”

i) In the cart select “Mobile Entry” as your delivery method. No payment is required if you selected tickets within the same price point, otherwise the system will ask for payment information for seat upgrades and additional tickets. Once you agree to the terms and conditions and click checkout your request will be processed!

2) How to move tickets from multiple matches into one

Example: You have two season tickets, but cannot attend the last match of the year and want to have four tickets for a match in September

a) Log into your D.C. United Account Manager via your mobile device, computer, or tablet.

b) Select the match you want to exchange out of, click the ellipsis above “More”, and select “Exchange”.

c) Select the tickets you would like to exchange, click “Continue”, then select the match you would like to exchange into.

d) Once the map loads please update the ticket quantity in the upper right corner to reflect the number of tickets you would like to exchange.

e) If there are open seats next to your Season Tickets, select those seats from the map and continue the exchange and checkout process. Please note you may not leave a single seat unoccupied within a row. After checking out you will now have four seats together!

f) If there is no availability next to your Season Tickets, pick any available seats within your same price level and continue with the exchange and checkout process. Please note you may not leave a single seat unoccupied within a row.

g) Once the initial ticket exchange is complete, repeat the process of managing your tickets. Select the September match that you now have four tickets to, click the ellipsis above “More”, and select “Exchange”.

h) Select the tickets you would like to exchange, click “Continue”, then select the September match you would like to move your seats within.

i) Once the map loads please update the ticket quantity in the upper right corner, and then select the specific seats you would like to move into.

j) Continue with the exchange and checkout process, and once complete you will now have four seats together!

DYNAMIC & VARIABLE PRICING

D.C. United's ticket plan prices will incorporate a variable pricing model, with the goal of ensuring that members always receive the best pricing and value for their seat(s) throughout the season. All season ticket plans are based on an average price per match since matches are rated differently through the course of the season.

Dynamic Pricing

Dynamic pricing, which has been around since our 2018 opening season at Audi Field, responds to changing factors that affect market demand. As a result, individual game and group ticket prices may change throughout the season.

Variable Pricing

Variable pricing takes multiple factors into consideration when determining match grades, such as opponent, day of the week, time of season, promotional giveaway, and more.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

For your convenience, all season tickets will automatically renew for the 2022 MLS season! This means that no action is required to secure your seats for the 2022 season. If you wish to cancel your membership for the upcoming season, you must complete the official opt-out form prior to the opt-out deadline in order to officially cancel your 2022 Season Ticket Membership. If you fail to submit the form prior to the deadline, your season tickets will automatically renew and continue for the 2022 season.

To ensure a seamless transition to the 2022 season, your Member Services Representative will contact you to communicate the timing of the 14-day window, verify your account and payment information, and share updates pertaining to the renewal process.

If you have thoughts of reducing the number of tickets on your account, it is important to communicate this with your representative at this time as you will not have the opportunity to do so during the relocation period. If you are interested in relocating your current seats you will have this opportunity after your membership is renewed.

Any changes to your season ticket account or location must be communicated during the renewal period

Per club policy, your membership cannot be canceled if you fail to request a cancellation prior to the opt-out deadline and all payments are non-refundable. No exceptions will be accepted.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is a full season membership?

A full season membership with D.C. United is your ticket to the best seats in Audi Field for all United regular-season MLS home matches at the lowest-available price. Members will also receive exclusive benefits and best-in-class customer service.

Can I receive a refund on my full season membership with D.C. United?

Full season members may only receive a refund for future D.C. United matches in the event of deployment for active military duty, relocation outside a 100-mile radius of Washington, D.C., for work, or in the event of an untimely passing. Accounts that cancel for any other reason will be responsible for the full balance on the account. In the event of deployment or professional relocation, a cancellation will not be processed without written proof.

Is there a general line or email address I can use to contact the membership sales/service team?

Current members may contact their personal account executive directly or call/text us at 202-655-2842. Fans interested in becoming members should contact a sales representative at the same number.

Can I split my season membership payments between different credit cards?

Yes, you may split payments between two or more credit cards. Please contact your account specialist to make arrangements.

How many matches are included in my full season membership package?

17 regular-season games and three (3) special event during the calendar year are included. Special events will be any non-regular season matches that feature D.C. United against a set opponent.

What if I can't make all matches in the season membership package?

Do members receive access to other events at Audi Field?

Yes, members receive pre-sale access for additional events at Audi Field throughout the year, which may include international soccer matches, concerts, etc.

Do I get my seats for playoff matches?

All D.C. United members get first right of refusal for any D.C. United home playoff matches (excluding MLS Cup).
