Guests may contact a Guest Experience Supervisor upon arrival to the stadium, or stop by the Guest Services Booth located inside Gate A. Tickets may also be purchased in advance via ticketmaster.com using the "accessibility" filter.. When available, we will try to accommodate a guest with more than one (1) companion/escort into designated seating areas.
If you are a fan with disabilities or special needs, United will provide a free courtesy shuttle to and from Audi Field that picks up from the south side of 55 M Street SE. This shuttle is only for fans with disabilities or mobility challenges. United will accommodate those who need the shuttle as well as one additional person to accompany them. If there is room, more members of a group may use the shuttle.
Shuttle service will begin two hours prior to the start of a match and will run one hour after the match has ended. Drop off and pick up after the match will be at Potomac and R St., just outside the Club Shop. The shuttle may not operate for certain non-D.C. United events at Audi Field. A guest experience representative will be located at each location for questions.

Guests with a need for medical supplies, allergy exceptions, or other medical items should contact D.C. United Customer Service prior to the match for accommodations. Guests who arrive on match day with specific medical needs should speak with the Guest Experience Supervisor at the gate.
Audi Field provides two elevators at the premium lobby for guests with disabilities, mobility challenges, or guests with small children. These elevators service the east stands, including premium areas. There is also an elevator located in the Heineken MVP Club, which services suites 27-31 and the rooftop bar.
Audi Field has two first aid locations in the stadium: next to the Premium Entry and on the upper concourse behind section 102. There are EMTs in the stadium that are ready to respond to emergencies. If you, or someone you know, are experiencing a medical emergency, please notify our Guest Experience staff for assistance immediately.
All gates are ADA accessible. If you have trouble gaining access to the stadium, ask any Guest Experience staff for assistance. To access Gate C, please utilize the ramp located on R St. SW near the Club Shop. Should you need to access the elevator in the east stand, the closest entrance is Gate A.
Audi Field and D.C. United do not own or operate any parking lots. Please contact our partner SpotHero for reserved parking. To reserve your parking spot for a D.C. United game, visit the
Audi Field SpotHero parking page and secure a space with rates up to 50% off drive-up prices. You can also download the SpotHero app, or reserve your parking spots below. To identify ADA parking via SpotHero, use the filter tool to select “Wheelchair Accessible” spaces. Most lots around the stadium have drive-up ADA parking options available. Please utilize the provided ADA shuttle from 55M St for transportation to the stadium.
All restrooms at Audi Field are handicap accessible. Audi Field also offers family restrooms located at sections 102, 114, 123, and 131.
Service animals or service animals in-training, for guests with disabilities, are welcome at Audi Field. All other animals are prohibited.
Wheelchair escort service is provided by our Guest Experience team.
Guests should see a D.C. United Guest Experience representative upon entering the stadium. Transportation back to the gate entrance following the game is available upon request at that time, or by visiting the Fan Assistance booth on the concourse behind section F1.
