AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

For your convenience, all season tickets will automatically renew for the 2024 MLS season! This means that no action is required to secure your seats for the 2024 season. If you wish to cancel your membership for the upcoming season, you must complete the official opt-out form prior to the opt-out deadline in order to officially cancel your 2024 Season Ticket Membership. If you fail to submit the form prior to the deadline, your season tickets will automatically renew and continue for the 2024 season.

To ensure a seamless transition to the 2024 season, your Member Services Representative will contact you to communicate the timing of the 14-day window, verify your account and payment information, and share updates pertaining to the renewal process.

If you have thoughts of reducing the number of tickets on your account, it is important to communicate this with your representative at this time as you will not have the opportunity to do so during the relocation period. If you are interested in relocating your current seats you will have this opportunity after your membership is renewed.

Any changes to your season ticket account or location must be communicated during the renewal period

Per club policy, your membership cannot be canceled if you fail to request a cancellation prior to the opt-out deadline and all payments are non-refundable. No exceptions will be accepted.

What is a full season membership?

A full season membership with D.C. United is your ticket to the best seats in Audi Field for all United regular-season MLS home matches at the lowest-available price. Members will also receive exclusive benefits and best-in-class customer service.

Can I receive a refund on my full season membership with D.C. United?

Full season members may only receive a refund for future D.C. United matches in the event of deployment for active military duty, relocation outside a 100-mile radius of Washington, D.C., for work, or in the event of an untimely passing. Accounts that cancel for any other reason will be responsible for the full balance on the account. In the event of deployment or professional relocation, a cancellation will not be processed without written proof.

Is there a general line or email address I can use to contact the membership sales/service team?

Current members may contact their personal account executive directly or call/text us at 202-600-9098. Fans interested in becoming members should contact a sales representative at the same number.

Can I split my season membership payments between different credit cards?

Yes, you may split payments between two or more credit cards. Please contact your account specialist to make arrangements.

How many matches are included in my full season membership package?

17 regular-season games and three (3) special event during the calendar year are included. Special events will be any non-regular season matches that feature D.C. United against a set opponent.

Do members receive access to other events at Audi Field?

Yes, members receive pre-sale access for additional events at Audi Field throughout the year, which may include international soccer matches, concerts, etc.

Do I get my seats for playoff matches?

All D.C. United members get first right of refusal for any D.C. United home playoff matches (excluding MLS Cup).
