Do I need to purchase for D.C. United vs. Inter Miami CF if I am a 2026 D.C. United Season Ticket Member?
While you will not need to spend any additional money, yes, you will need to complete a separate purchase process and select your seat for the match at M&T Bank Stadium using your STM Credit. The equivalent value in credit from your Audi Field ticket will be uploaded to your Ravens SeatGeek Account to select priority seating inventory.
Will my new ticket come at an additional cost?
No. Ticket inventory will be available at a variety of price levels to ensure all compliant 2026 D.C. United Season Ticket Members can select a seat at no additional cost. If you would like to purchase tickets that are greater than or less than the value of your credit, you may also do so.
Am I able to purchase additional seats during my pre-sale window?
Yes, you may purchase additional tickets during your STM presale window, and your available credit will be applied to the total amount at checkout.
Will there be transportation provided from Audi Field to M&T Bank Stadium?
D.C. United will be providing free transportation options for Season Ticket Members and a variety of options for all fans. We’d love to hear from you on which options you’d like to see, including park & ride pickup locations, bus experience and parking options. Can I use credit from other single game ticket returns as a season ticket member?
No, ticket credit from other returns or season ticket deposits may not be applied to the D.C. United vs. Inter Miami CF match. The ticket credit displayed in Ravens SeatGeek Account Manager is the value of your D.C. United season ticket(s) for that match only.
What if I don’t use all of my credit for the match in Baltimore? Do I lose those funds?
No, any unused ticket credit or leftover credit not used for the match at M&T Bank Stadium will be available in D.C. United Account Manager for you to use on any remaining MLS regular season matches at Audi Field after the match has concluded. Please allow up to one week after the match for the credit to be returned to your D.C. United Account Manager account.
I cannot or do not want to attend the D.C United vs. Inter Miami CF match. Can I use my STM benefit to return my tickets for credit?
Any unused ticket credit or leftover credit not used for the match at M&T Bank Stadium will be available in D.C. Can I purchase and then re-sell my ticket for the D.C. United vs. Inter Miami CF match in Baltimore?
Yes, you may utilize your credit to purchase for the match in Baltimore, and if you’re not able to attend, you may resell that ticket. We recommend reselling via Ticketmaster Resale or SeatGeek.
Do I get to select my seats if I am a Build Your Own Plan or United Flex Pass holder?
Build Your Own Plan and UFP Holders who selected the Inter Miami CF match as part of their plan are guaranteed a ticket for the match, but are not eligible for seat selection. For Build Your Own planholders, the best available seat of equivalent value will be uploaded to your Ravens SeatGeek account. For United Flex Pass holders, your tickets will be assigned and distributed to you within 48 hours of the match in Baltimore.
What do I do if I do not have a Seat Geek Account or a Ravens Ticketing account?
All D.C. United 2026 Full, Partial, and Flex Plan holders must go to https://seatgeek.com/ravens/verify to be eligible for the seat selection process and to load any applicable credit. You MUST verify and complete the “Connect Account” process before December 16 to have the credit applied to your Seat Geek Account. Your ticket credit will be shown in your SeatGeek account after you select your seats and proceed to checkout.
When will the email to connect my SeatGeek account be sent?
After you visit https://seatgeek.com/ravens/verify, you will receive an email asking you to “Connect Account” or “Log in”
How do I purchase tickets as part of a group for the match?
Place your deposit online or reach out to the D.C. United Group Sales team to begin the process. Tickets will be uploaded to your account within 2-3 business days of your full invoice payment.
If I want to purchase premium or all-inclusive seats for the match, where should I purchase?
We will offer four (4) all-inclusive premium hospitality experiences for the match. 1) The Trust (most similar to AV Lounge, including liquor, beer, wine, soda and luxury food. This option also includes visibility into the player tunnel and the post-match press conference area) 2) The Raven (includes beer, wine, soda and premium food options) 3) Champions Club (includes beer, wine, soda and elevated food options) and 4) Gate House (most similar to Events DC Club, including beer, wine, soda and food).
If I want to purchase a suite for the match, what should I do?
Place your deposit online or reach out to the D.C. United Group Sales team to begin the process. Tickets will be uploaded to your account within 2-3 business days of your full invoice payment. Suite tickets begin at just $175/ticket and suites range from 20-30 people (whole suite must be purchased).
I’m a D.C. United Supporter, where should I sit?
D.C. United Supporters are located in sections 111-115 in the lower bowl. Seats are reserved for this match, and all normal supporter’s section rules apply. Opposing team or player gear is not allowed in these sections.
Where do I go to manage my tickets for the match?
Tickets for all attendees, regardless of plan or ticket type, will be available in the Ravens SeatGeek Account Manager at https://seatgeek.com/ravens/tickets. You will not be eligible to sign in until you complete the “Connect Account” process at https://seatgeek.com/ravens/verify. We will also have a link to this site in our D.C. United & Audi Field mobile app, for ease of access.

- Visit seatgeek.com/ravens/verify. This page will ask you to enter the email address associated with your tickets.
- Please check your email inbox for an email from “Baltimore Ravens + SeatGeek (info@seatgeek.com)”, subject: “Finish connecting your Baltimore Ravens account to SeatGeek!”. You must use this email link to complete this process. Do not use the standard log in page on SeatGeek.com
- Click “Connect Account” to be redirected to Log in or Sign up for SeatGeek.
IMPORTANT: Use the primary email in your D.C. United Ticketmaster Account to ensure all eligible ticket credits are applied to your tickets at checkout. Your primary email is the email used to log into the D.C. United/Audi Field App on gamedays. The primary email should be the email that you entered into the https://seatgeek.com/ravens/verify page.
- If your account is eligible to connect, you will see a image linking your SeatGeek account to the Baltimore Ravens like shown below.
- Click “Connect”. The process is complete once you are redirected to the Baltimore Ravens ticketing homepage.
