United goalkeeper Bill Hamid has been named to the MLS Team of the Week for Week 13 following his impressive performance in the Black-and-Red's 1-0 victory over the Vancouver Whitecaps.
"It’s nice to have a guy who can bail you out; whether that’s a midfielder, forward, or in our case, a goalkeeper," head coach Ben Olsen said after the match. "He saves us points and he’s similar to some of these dynamic forwards and wingers who get points out of nothing.”
