WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 7, 2023) – D.C. United have today announced that the club and Procter & Gamble have agreed to a partnership deal for 2023.

P&G has produced iconic household brands such as Tide, Pampers, Bounty, Gillette, Swiffer, Old Spice, among others since 1837. Their products combine what’s needed with what’s possible to make laundry rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, nurseries, and bathrooms a little more enjoyable for over 181 years.

“We are ecstatic to announce our partnership with P&G, a leader in innovative cleaning and household products,” said Danita Johnson, President of Business Operations, D.C. United. “Like us, their diverse and robust brand portfolio provides multiple levels of access to their consumers, which we consider paramount to customer experience."

P&G will receive prominent branding throughout Audi Field, the club’s downtown Washington, D.C. stadium, premium client appreciation benefits at D.C. United home matches, and exposure and inclusion across the club’s social and digital media channels.

“Soccer continues to grow passionate fans year over year, especially for their local clubs,” said Douglas Horton, Director of Sports Marketing at P&G. “We are very excited for our company and brands to continue to reach the D.C. community through our partnership with D.C. United.”
