CHALK TALKS

Chalk Talks offer coaches and fans a glimpse into the team's pre-match preparations and tactics. Each session is held with a member of the first-team coaching staff a few hours before kickoff. Following the coach's address, participants are taken to the RFK Stadium field to watch D.C. United’s pre-match warm up from the sideline. A match ticket is required to attend the Chalk Talk. OPEN PRACTICE & COACHES CLINIC

Join us on the morning of Wednesday, August 15, 2012 for an open practice and coaches clinic with Head Coach Ben Olsen and his staff. Participants will observe the first team's training session and then hear form Coach Olsen, before participating in a coaching clinic lead by Assistant Coaches Chad Ashton and Pat Onstad. The sessions focus on basic training fundamentals and are perfect for youth coaches looking for professional techniques they can bring back to their clubs. REGISTER

GOALKEEPER TRAINING SESSION

Join D.C. United Assistant Coach Pat Onstad on the morning of Wednesday, July 18, 2012 as he leads first team goalkeepers in a training session. During the session Coach Onstad will explain how he prepares some of the league’s top keepers physically and mentally. Following the training session Coach Onstad will demonstrate some fundamental training techniques coaches can use with their young keepers. REGISTER
