Academy

Youth Teams Mission: To identify and develop the areas most talented players, provide those players with a professional environment that will help them to reach their full potential as soccer players.

Academy Camps & Clinics Mission: The Academy's mission is to identify talented and gifted players in the community at our soccer camps, give those players the chance to play in the club's youth system and, if appropriate, an opportunity to play for D.C. United's first team. This connection between the club and the community is what makes D.C. United's developmental program so successful and unique.

U-15 Academy Training

Our U-15 Training Program is an ideal opportunity for the area's best, male players born between 1993 and 1997. The program will run from June 10th - August 8th, 2009.

U-16 Academy Team

The D.C. United U-16 Development Academy Team competes in the Mid-Atlantic Conference of the nationwide U.S. Soccer Development Academy program.

U-18 Academy Team

The D.C. United U-18 Development Academy Team competes in the Mid-Atlantic Conference of the nationwide U.S. Soccer Development Academy program.

Super-20 Team

The Super-20 Team competes in Group B of the USL's Super-20 League.

Summer Academy

The Summer Academy consists of week-long clinics that encourage the youth soccer player to develop to his/her full potential.

Elite Residential Academy

The Residential Academy is an intensive four-day residential camp for boys that are very competitive and committed to playing at the highest level.

Winter Indoor Academy

Training sessions (for both boys and girls) will be held at Sports Network and Fitness in Manassas, VA and will feature age-specific programs for serious soccer players up to 16 years old.
