We truly appreciate your support! Our goal is to provide our most loyal fans additional benefits and a seamless process to renew your full season membership for the 2024 season, so you can continue your journey as a member of the Black-and-Red family.

Q: What is up for renewal?

A: Full season and pro-rated season ticket memberships that are currently on an annual recurring membership agreement.

Q: Will I keep my exact seats for the 2024 season?

A: Yes, by renewing for the 2024 season you will keep your exact seats.

Q: Am I eligible to relocate my seats?

A: Yes, members who renew their current seating location for the 2024 season will receive priority access to relocate their seats for the 2024 season. Please contact your D.C. United Membership Services Representative for more information.

Q: In the event I have unused Account Credit from ticket exchanges, is it eligible to be applied toward my balance for the 2024 season?

A: No, account credit is not eligible to be applied toward the 2024 Season Ticket balance. Account credit can be used toward purchasing additional single match tickets, group tickets and upgraded tickets during the 2023 MLS regular season.

Q: Do Account Credits expire?

A: Yes, applicable Account Credit will not extend beyond the 2023 season.

Q: Am I able to opt-out of my full season membership plan for the 2024 season?

A: Accounts with annual recurring season ticket memberships will be eligible to opt-out of the 2023 season.

Q: How do I opt-out of the 2024 season?

A: To opt-out of the 2024 season please contact your D.C. United Membership Services representative who will provide an opt-out form. The opt-out form must be completed by 5:00 PM ET on September 22, 2023, to officially opt-out of the 2024 season.

Q: What if I don’t opt-out of my membership by 5:00 PM ET on September 22 at 5 PM?

A: If the deadline is missed to opt-out of the 2024 season, your membership will automatically renew with your first payment scheduled to be processed on September 26, 2023. Any refunds requested after this date will only be issued in accordance with D.C. United’s refund policy.

Q: What is D.C. United’s refund policy?

A: Full season ticket members may only receive a refund for future D.C. United matches in the event of deployment for active military duty, relocation outside a 100-mile radius of Washington, D.C. for work, or in the event of an untimely passing. Accounts that cancel for any other reason will be responsible for the full balance on the account. In the event of deployment or professional relocation, a cancellation will not be processed without written proof of relocation.

Q: Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

A: Yes, please contact your D.C. United Membership Services representative for assistance.

A: Please call or email your personal D.C. United Ticket Sales Representative and they will be glad to assist.
