Bill Hamid's save against Andrew Wenger is up for Major League Soccer's Week 10 Save of the Week. After a great turn from the Philly-newcomer in our box, Hamid stepped up without hesitation. He slid and blocked the shot, then had to react to Conor Casey's attempt off the rebound. Perry Kitchen then gets a piece of the following rebound, and the ball is ultimately cleared by Jeff Parke.
It was a great team effort, as United fought to protect its lead on the road, but Hamid's heroics played a large role. VOTE VOTE VOTE for Hamid for Week 10 Save of the Week!
Additionally, Jeff Parke is on the MLS Team of the Week for his superb performance against his former team. He was calm and collected all match and helped the Black-and-Red to its 1-0 victory. Congratulation to both Parke and Hamid!
