D.C. United taps White+Partners as agency of record

D.C. United today announced the selection of White+Partners, one of the region’s oldest and largest ad agencies, as its ad agency of record. White + Partners will manage United’s 2013 advertising strategy, from creative development to flighted ad buys. The assignment rounds-out White+Partners strong sports and entertainment practice including work with the Washington Nationals baseball team and Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.

D.C. United opens the 2013 Major League Soccer season against the Houston Dynamo on Saturday, March 2 at 8:00 p.m. ET (NBC Sports Network) in a nationally televised re-match of the 2012 Eastern Conference Finals.
