3-1 to the good guys. After going down 1-0 in the first half, United scored three unanswered goals in the second stanza to send the Rapids packing. Jaime Moreno scored on a penalty in the 47th, Bryan Namoff tallied with a sick diving header from a corner kick in the 56th and Luciano Emilio put the game away in the 61st.
Tonight's win, coupled with the other results in the Eastern Conference tonight, leaves United tied for second place with Columbus (27 points), while Chicago is just a point ahead in first place (28 points).
