D.C. United today joined members of Real Salt Lake and the Charleston Battery for lunch at
The Buccaneer

The team trained twice today, running through some defensive posture drills and then finishing during the morning session and then working through some full field positioning in the evening. After dinner, the coaches had a brief team meeting to talk more about the system they'd like to see the team implement.
The team will open the Carolina Challenge Cup with its first game tomorrow evening at 5 p.m. versus Real Salt Lake. The guys will have breakfast in the morning and then go on a walk and be put through a stretch before the pre-game meal in the afternoon. With just over two weeks until the team's season-opener, the guys are really starting to turn their focus towards the season. It should be a fun one.
