Are the shuttles free? 

Reservations are required. Shuttle tickets are provided complimentary to season ticket holders. All other users would pay $30 for a round-trip ticket.

Is a reservation required, or can I hop on if there are open seats? 

Reservations are required, as the quantity of seats and buses are tailored to those who have prebooked. 

Do I need to book a ride to M&T Bank Stadium plus a separate reservation to ride back? 

All tickets are round-trip, there is no option for a one-way ticket. 

Can you leave items on the bus during the match? 

No items may be left on the bus; all items must be taken with passengers into the stadium. It is important to read the M&T Bank Stadium’s bag and security policies HERE. 

When do shuttles pick up after the match is over? 

All shuttles depart the stadium 30 minutes after final whistle.  

What happens if I leave the event early? 

Leaving the stadium, shuttles leave 30 minutes after the match’s final whistle. There are no early shuttle departures. 

What if I miss the last shuttle? 

Should you miss the last shuttle, there are opportunities for rideshare in areas around the stadium. Unfortunately, shuttles cannot be held. 

Where is the shuttle pick-up and drop-off? 

Park & Ride shuttle locations near Audi Field, Pentagon City, Greenbelt and Union Station, are being finalized and will be shared in the coming days. 

When do shuttles begin their pick-ups before the match? 

Shuttle timings are being finalized and will be shared in the coming days. It is expected that shuttles will depart Park & Ride sites approximately 2 hours prior to the first whistle. 

Can I bring bags, strollers, or personal items on the shuttle? 

Small personal items, bags, and collapsible strollers are generally permitted. All items must comply with the M&T Bank Stadium’s bag and security policies HERE. 

Is overnight parking allowed at the Park & Ride sites? 

Overnight parking is not allowed within any of the Park & Ride sites. 

Can passengers drink or eat on the bus? 

Food and drink are limited to light snacks and water for children. Alcohol is not permitted on the shuttles. 

Are there restrooms on the bus? 

There are no restrooms on the buses. 

Am I required to ride the bus back to the same location? 

Yes. Unfortunately, passengers cannot change routes for their return journey.
