Please review the following settings if you are having trouble accessing the stream.
Check your location settings.
Mac:
- Ensure location settings are turned on by opening System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Location Services.
- Allow your browser (e.g., Safari, Google Chrome, etc.) to access your location.
- On your mac, open System Preferences > Language & Region. Check that your computer is set to the correct region.
- Go back to System Preferences > Date & Time. Check that your mac is set to “set date and time automatically.” Then click Time Zone and ensure that “Set time zone automatically using current location” is checked.
- Restart your Mac.
iOS
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
- Make sure that Location Services is on.
- Scroll down to find the app or browser
- Scroll to find Location within app/browser settings.
- Select Ask or Allow to let the browser access your location.
PC/Windows
- Open settings. Press “Start”, then the settings cog above the power button.
- Open Windows 10 Privacy settings.
- Navigate to location settings and turn location on. Toggle the “Allow apps to access your location” setting on.
- Turn location services on or off for individual apps.
Android
Android 12 & higher
- Swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Touch and hold Location.
- If you don't find Location:
- Tap Edit or Settings.
- Drag Location into your Quick Settings.
- Tap Location Services and then Google Location Accuracy.
- Turn Improve Location Accuracy on or off.
Android 11 & lower
- Swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Touch and hold Location.
- If you don't find Location:
- Tap Edit or Settings.
- Drag Location into your Quick Settings.
- Tap Advanced and then Google Location Accuracy.
- Turn Improve Location Accuracy on or off.
