D.C. United Extend Partnership with McDonald’s

Fans can redeem a free McChicken with a $1 purchase on the McDonald’s app every time D.C. United scores this season

WASHINGTON, D.C. (March 12, 2024) - D.C. United have today announced that the club and global restaurant chain McDonald’s have agreed to extend their multi-year partnership. Through the partnership, McDonald’s will offer a free McChicken or Hot ‘n Spicy McChicken with a $1 purchase through the McDonald’s mobile app when D.C. United scores this season. Fans can redeem this promotion at participating McDonald’s locations. 

“We are delighted to extend this great partnership with McDonald's and offer our fans an added incentive to cheer on the Black & Red,” Jeffrey Ajluni, D.C. United Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Activation, said. “Partnering with significant brands is a core priority for D.C. United and McDonald's represents the pinnacle within their category.  We’re proud that our partnership will continue for years to come.”

McDonald’s will receive prominent branding throughout Audi Field, the club’s downtown Washington, D.C. stadium, premium client appreciation benefits at D.C. United home matches, and exposure and inclusion across the club’s social and digital media channels. In addition, McDonald’s will be a supporting partner of D.C. United’s Noche Latina match and the Truth & Service Classic college football game at Audi Field.
