On Thursday, after touching down in the States and being greeted by hundreds of fans at Dulles International Airport, new D.C. United signee Wayne Rooney made an appearance at Wunder Garten Beer Garden in the NoMa neighborhood of D.C. to surprise fans attending the England v. Belgium World Cup watch party. The event was organized by the British and Belgian embassies, and brought together District locals in the spirit of the World Cup.
