After completing a standout performance against FIFA U-17 World Cup hosts India that included a goal and Man of the Match honors on Friday, United Homegrown Chris Durkin again helped lead the U.S. U-17 Men's National Team to victory, this time in a 1-0 win over Ghana. Durkin completed 39 of 47 passes (including two key passes), and tallied six recoveries, two tackles, four interceptions, and three blocks. The midfielder also won the ball and launched the buildup play that led to Ayo Akinola’s 75th minute goal, which sealed the United States' victory.

The U-17s' hard-fought win puts them in control of Group A, with one remaining group stage match on deck. Durkin and the Yanks return to action on Thursday against Colombia at 10:30 a.m. ET on FS2 and Universo.
