On Saturday, June 8, The Tradition— the collaboration beer between DC Brau and D.C. United— was released to the public. First, the Screaming Eagles grabbed some growlers for the trip up to New England to support the Black-and-Red on the road. Then, between 12-4 p.m., DC Brau opened its doors for growler hours, where DC Brau patrons and D.C. United fans were able to get a first taste of The Tradition and take home a growler of the collaboration brew. Later, the Pug hosted an official away viewing party for United’s match and served The Tradition for the first time.
