D.C. United announced today that three of the club’s Academy players have earned U.S. Soccer Development Academy End of Year Awards. U-18 midfielder Collin Martin (Chevy Chase, Md.), defender Patrick Foss (South Ridign, Va.), and U-16 defender Suliaman Dainkeh (Reston, Va.) were named to the East Conference Starting XI in their respective age groups.

In other Academy news, U-16 forward Michael Seaton was recently called-up to Jamaica’s U-17 National Team, with whom he scored a goal and an assist in a 5-0 victory against Bermuda. Seaton has already joined his D.C. United teammates in Houston, Texas for the USSDA National Championship, where United’s U-16’s will kickoff their championship run today at 9 p.m. ET against the Crew Soccer Academy Wolves.
