Virginia State Cup Review: Action continues for a few

While Mother Nature was rather uncooperative this weekend, several squads managed to squeeze in Virginia State Cup games before the rainy weather got the best of area fields.

The Under-13 girls division saw several teams advancing, including the SYA Cardinals, who defeated the Virginia Beach Black squad 4-0. Virginia Beach Red defeated the NVSC Junior Majestics Blue 5-0, then BRYC Elite dominated the Junior Majestics White 8-0. Finally, VAR Nike beat ABGC Xtreme 2-0.
