Mobile Ticketing

In order to make Audi Field a more secure venue for our fans, all event tickets will be accessed from a mobile device.  Digital ticketing reduces the amount of fraud and gives fans the ability to conveniently manage their tickets on their phone.

The easiest place to access your mobile tickets are through the D.C. United App.  The app is available through the App Store or Google Play Store. Season Ticket Members and group tickets can also be accessed on your phone’s web browser through their D.C. United Account Manager. Single Ticket purchasers can also find their tickets by logging into www.ticketmaster.com.

For ease of access into Audi Field, groups should ensure that all individual members of their party can access their own tickets on their chosen devices.

Ticketing From The App

 Where can I find the D.C. United App?

You can find the D.C. United App in the App Store and Google Play Store.

  Accessing your tickets.

Once you have downloaded the App, you can log in to your account by tapping on the "Tickets" tab then selecting "Manage my Tickets" and signing into your account . If you are a Season Ticket Member, you can log in with your Account Manager credentials. You can also log in with Ticketmaster credentials to manage single-match tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.

Once you have logged in, you can quickly view, use for entry into Audi Field or manage your tickets to D.C. United matches and Audi Field events. 

 Sending your tickets.

Within in the app, select the match or event you have tickets for and hit "Send." Once you select the specific tickets you would like to send, confirm your choices then select how you would like the tickets delivered. Tickets can be sent through text, email, and several social media messengers.  

 Selling your tickets.

Within the app, select the match or event you would like to view then tap "Sell". After selecting the tickets you would like to sell, enter your asking price. First time users will be prompted to enter payment information, once complete, tap sell. 

 Adding tickets to your phone - iPhone.

Within the app, select the match or event you would like to view then tap your tickets to display them on your screen then tap "Add to Apple Wallet" and you're all set. 

 Adding tickets to your phone - Android.

Within the app, select the match or event you would like to view then tap your tickets to display them on your screen then tap "Save to Phone" and you're all set. 

 

Ticketing From Browser

 Accessing your tickets.

If you are a Season Ticket Member, you can log in with your Account Manager credentials. You can also log in with Ticketmaster credentials to manage single-match tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.

Once you have logged in, the upcoming events you have tickets to will appear.  To manage a given event, click on it. Or click “Manage Tickets” from the menu bar.

 Sending your tickets.

Select the match or event you have tickets for and hit "Send." Once you select the specific tickets you would like to send, confirm your choices then a link will be provided which you can copy and paste into an email or any other messaging platform. We also recommend entering the name of who you plan on sending the tickets to.

 Selling your tickets.

Select the match or event you would like to view then click "Sell". After selecting the tickets you would like to sell, enter your asking price. First time users will be prompted to enter payment information, once complete, click sell. 

 What if I don’t have a smartphone?

If you do not have a smartphone, you will need to visit the Audi Field ticket window on matchday. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.
