D.C. native Wale will help D.C. United kick-off its 2010 home campaign with a pre-match performance on Saturday, April 3. Taking place on the Armory Mall on RFK Stadium's west side, Wale will perform tracks from his debut album Attention: Deficit, as well as select tracks from his highly successful mixtapes.

Following the performance, be sure to join other United supporters for the team's first home match of 2010, as it looks to defeat the New England Revolution.

Wale’s performance is the first in the season-long ‘It Takes More Concert Series.’ As a part of the concert series, the club will highlight the great efforts of a long-standing community organization - the Washington D.C. Metro Area Habitat for Humanity.

About the It Takes More Concert Series:

The ‘It Takes More Concert Series’ is a season-long endeavor for D.C. United that will showcase Washington-area bands and artists during a pre-match concert at each home game, as well as highlight a local community organization focused on improving the lives of those in the Washington area. A range of artists and bands will be featured, reflecting the diverse make-up of United’s fan base. The full concert schedule will be announced at a later date.
