Ticket Exchange
The Flexible Ticket Exchange Program is a special Season Ticket Member Benefit only available to full and half-season ticket plans. Unused season tickets from any past or future game during the 2010 season may be exchanged for any of the 9 selected exchange games listed below:
- U.S. Open Cup - Wednesday, April 28 vs. FC Dallas
- Wednesday, May 5 vs. Kansas City Wizards
- Saturday, May 15 vs. Colorado Rapids
- Saturday, May 29 vs. Chivas USA
- Thursday, July 15 vs. Seattle Sounders FC
- Saturday, August 14 vs. FC Dallas
- Sunday, September 4 vs. Columbus Crew
- Saturday, September 25 vs. Houston Dynamo
- Saturday, October 9 vs. San Jose Earthquakes
- Playoff games and any other games are not included in the exchange program unless otherwise stipulated by D.C. United management (please note that we will allow Special Game B (Wednesday, June 2 vs Real Salt Lake) to be exchanged as a special exception)
- Tickets must be redeemed in advance by exchanging future games at the SlideSeats.com Customer Service Center by Section 308, or by mailing in unused tickets at least 10 days in advance of the exchange game they are selecting to:

Tickets received within 1 week of day of game will be left at Will Call.
Tickets cannot be exchanged on the day of the game.
Notes: Plan holders may exchange up to the number of season tickets on the account per individual exchange game. Larger accounts holding more than 20 season tickets are limited to only 20 Exchange tickets per game. Only the season ticket holder of record may make requests for all exchanges.
The D.C. United Tickets for Kids Donation Program
Another way in which D.C. United Planholders can obtain value for their unused season tickets is by donating them to our charitable arm, United for D.C. Donated tickets will be used to benefit children from underprivileged areas of our community as part of our Kicks for Kids program.
For many of these kids, it will be the first time they have ever attended a professional sporting match, and they will leave with a life-long impression of the game of soccer, their community, and the generosity of fellow D.C. United fans.
You will receive written documentation of your donation, along with a thank you note from one of the many groups of kids who will benefit. To donate your tickets in this way please mail them to:
