Customer Service
D.C. United prides itself on the highest level of customer service. Here are some of the ways we’ll be making sure you’re taken care of 2010.
- Trained representatives at the Fanatix Customer Service Center to answer all questions at RFK Stadium.
- Online customer service via Account Manager so that you can print or forward tickets, pay invoices, update your e-mail preferences and account profile at any time.
- An increased presence of Guest Service people in our key seating areas of the Mezzanine, VIP, Premium, and Spectator sections on game days.
- More opportunities to provide feedback and opinions in person, over the phone, and on-line so that we can continue to do the best job possible in serving you, . . . our most loyal fans and customers!
