Chalk Talks
D.C. United Chalk Talks are a special opportunity for coaches of youth teams to learn professional coaching techniques from a members of the Black-and-Red's coaching and training staff for the price of a premium-level ticket ($32*). Each Chalk Talk is open to 30 coaches and will take place prior to the following games:

- Thursday, April 21 vs. New York Red Bulls | Registration
- Wednesday, May 4 vs. Seattle Sounders FC | Registration
- Wednesday, July 20 vs. New England Revolution | Registration
- Wednesday, September 21 vs. Chivas USA | Registration
* Coaches that bring a group of 20 or more players, family or friends will receive free access to the Chalk Talk
Volkswagen Coach of the Month
Do you know an extraordinary coach in your community? Each month D.C. United and Volkswagen will honor the Volkswagen Coach of the Month at a select D.C. United game. To nominate a coach, please submit an essay of no more than 500 words detailing the coach's efforts on and off the field. Submit a nomination.
Winning coaches will receive two tickets to any D.C. United home match in the calendar month they are selected as the Volkswagen Coach of the Month. At the game they attend, each coach will be honored on the stadium jumbotron and have a short bio appear on this page for the entire month they are the award recipient.
