On Sunday, D.C. United will attempt to reclaim the Atlantic Cup as they travel to Harrison, NJ, to face off against the New York Red Bulls in their final regular season meeting. The match will mark the third encounter between the two clubs this season and the first at Red Bull Arena.

United outscored the Red Bulls 2-0 at home on May 13, and they shared points in a 2-2 draw on Aug. 21. On Sept. 11, United must either win, draw, or hold New York to only one goal more than their own score to win the rubber match and bring the Atlantic Cup back to Washington.

Sunday marks the 71st regular season meeting between United and the Red Bulls, the most matches the Black-and-Red have played against any MLS opponent. United are 34-25-11 against New York during regular season competition.
