D.C. United announce 2016 MLS Regular Season schedule

Major League Soccer has announced D.C. United’s 2016 full regular season schedule. United will be featured in 10 nationally televised matches across the MLS group of networks including Fox Sports 1, ESPN, and UniMás. United will begin their 21st regular season campaign on the road against the LA Galaxy on Sunday, March 6th, at 10pm ET on UniMás.
United finished the 2015 campaign in 4th place in the Eastern Conference, advancing to the semifinals for the second straight season while boasting a home record of 11-3-3. The season will kick off at RFK Stadium when the Black-and-Red host the Colorado Rapids on Sunday, March 20th at 5 pm ET on ESPN2.

All non-nationally televised matches will be broadcast locally over the air on WJLA (ABC7) or on the cable channel NewsChannel8,as a part of their new partnership with Sinclair Broadcast Group.
Before United begins their regular season MLS play, they will face Liga MX side Querétaro F.C. in the quarterfinals of the 2015-2016 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League. United will travel to Mexico to play the first leg on Tuesday, February 23rd at 8 pm ET and then return home for the second leg on Tuesday, March 1st at 8 pm ET.
