Fabián Espíndola is on an MVP-caliber run with D.C. United in 2014. In May alone, Espíndola has netted three goals and registered 2 assists. The Argentine had the second goal in a 2-0 win over Houston, the tying goal in a 2-1 loss at New England and the game-winner at home against Sporting Kansas City. In the assists column, the talented forwardfound Eddie Johnson for the late equalizer against Montreal and assisted on Chris Rolfe's go-ahead goal against the Dynamo.
