The Richmond Kickers returned home last night, after their 2-0 victory at Wilmington on Friday, to face the Charlotte Hammerheads. Late into the second half, the Kickers found themselves down 2-3, but a final goal from D.C. United's Conor Shanosky gave them the boost they needed to pull out a tie.
Shanosky joins the Kickers as part of the landmark affiliation between the USL side and D.C. United. He and United teammate, Michael Seaton, both impressed this weekend scoring a goal each in as many games.
