CSN to air D.C. United-Columbus game

In conjunction with Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic, the region’s premier source for multiplatform sports coverage, D.C. United today announced plans for United’s regular season home finale against the Columbus Crew to air live on Comcast SportsNet. The match was previously set for CSN Plus (CSN+). Kick-off remains set for 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, October 20. TICKETS

D.C. United currently sits in third place in the Eastern Conference with two games to play. The Black-and-Red will clinch a playoff spot for the first time since 2007 with a win or draw. A win would ensure that the club would finish in, at least, fourth place and assure United faithful a playoff game at RFK Stadium. Complete playoff details can be found at dcunited.com. Comcast SportsNet’s 2012 coverage of D.C. United remains prominently featured on the network’s full lineup of daily news and entertainment programs, including SportsTalk Live and Geico SportsNet Central. Comcast SportsNet also provides complete coverage of United online at CSNwashington.com and CSNbaltimore.com.
