Interview with Bo Amato, VYSA Boys Coach of the Year


Anthony "Bo" Amato, Winner of VYSA Boys Competitive Coach of the Year. Amato is the Annandale Boys and Girls Club Technical Director and long time competitive coach. His current under-17 Annandale United FC team recently repeated as VYSA State Cup Champions, after winning U.S. Youth Soccer under-16 Region I League in the spring, and then advancing to 2010 the Region I semifinals in West Virginia last summer, barely losing to eventual champions Eastern Pennsylvania in OT/PKs.


Amato spoke on video about a variety of topics with Potomac Soccer Wire's Chris Hummer after receiving his award at the recent 2011 VYSA Workshop.
