D.C. United battles to a 1-0 win over San Juan Jabloteh and earns its first-ever victory in CONCACAF Champions League play. Christian Gomez' 14th minute penalty kick was the difference. The win keeps United alive as it attempts to advance out of Group B and into the knockout stage.
The team will return home late tomorrow night and will enjoy a rare weekend without a game before facing CD Marathon (Honduras) at RFK Stadium next Thursday in its fourth Champions League match.
