Champions' Cup: DCU vs. Pachuca

D.C. United plays its fourth meaningful game of 2008 tonight against Pachuca Club de Futbol (10 p.m. ET, Live on Fox Soccer Channel and Fox Sports en Español) in the first leg of a two-game series in the CONCACAF Champions' Cup. If you're new to the tournament, check out the FAQ at dcunited.com

Pachuca has been one of the most successful teams in the region over the last couple of years having captured the Mexican Primera Division Clausura title, CONCACAF Champions' Cup and the inaugural SuperLiga trophy - all in 2007. In 2006, the team also won the Clausura and the prestigious Copa Sudamericana. In other words, the guys will have their work cut out for them tonight.

Spirits are good, though, and the coaching staff and players believe Pachua has a few weaknesses that can be exploited. Time will tell.

The team had breakfast together this morning, before a noon team walk around the streets of Pachuca and finally a team meal at 4 p.m.

With all of that in mind, here is tonight's starting lineup: Zach Wells; Bryan Namoff, Gonzalo Martinez, Gonzalo Peralta, Marc Burch; Devon McTavish, Clyde Simms, Marcelo Gallardo, Fred; Luciano Emilio, Franco Niell.
