COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

2013: Starting in all 20 games, the senior logged 1,842 minutes and was named to the First Team Big East All-Conference squad after being named to the Second Team Big East Preseason team.

2012: After transferring, he played in every match for the Jays in 2012, making 23 starts. During the season he was named to Ameritas Classic-All Tournament Team, recognized as part of the Creighton Invitational All-Tournament Team, and listed as No. 75 in TopDrawerSoccer.com’s 2012 Midseason 100 to Watch List.

2010-2011: Beginning his career at SMU, the midfielder started in 34 games in his first two seasons recording six goals and two assists. He was tied for fourth on the team in 2010 with five goals.

YOUTH INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Barnes played on the U.S. U-15 National Team, U-17 National Team and one game with the U-20 National Team against Japan.
