2007: As a senior, Jacobson was a NSCAA First Team All-American, a member of the All-Far West First Team, PAC-10 All First Team and PAC-10 Player of the Year. Jacobson started and played all 20 games for the Bears, recording four goals and three assists.2006: During his junior year, Jacobson was named to the All-PAC 10 First Team, after scorig three goals and two assists in 20 games (all starts).
2005: Jacobson was named to the All-PAC 10 First Team as a sophomore. He started and played in all 21 games, while recording four goals with seven assists.
2004: Jacobson was redshirted.
2003: As a freshman, Jacobson appeared in all of the Bears 22 games (one start). He contributed one assist.
