March to March 9: Lot 8 Traffic Changes

The District Department of Transportation has begun a construction project that prevents fans from exiting or entering Lot 8 via the 395 access road.

You can follow the directions below, and reference the map above, in order to get back to I-395 S.

Parking staff and Metropolitan Police Department will also provide assistance in Lot 8.

TO ENTER LOT 8 VIA I-395

1. Exit 395 onto District of Columbia Hwy 295
2. Take the Pennsylvania Avenue W exit
3. Make a sharp right onto Barney Circle
4. Follow the Stadium Access Road straight into RFK

OR

1. Exit 395 onto District of Columbia Hwy 295
2. Take the Pennsylvania Avenue W exit
3. Make a sharp right onto Barney Circle
4. Turn left onto 17th St. SE
5. Turn right onto Potomac Ave SE
6. Turn left on 19th St. SE
7. Turn right on Independence Ave.

TO EXIT LOT 8 TO I-395

1. Exit RFK Stadium's Lot 8 via the northernmost exit (toward Independence Ave.)
2. Bear right and go across the East Capitol St. Bridge
3. Stay in the far right lane and follow signs for 295 S
4. Take the ramp and merge onto 295 S
5. Stay to the right and drive approximately two miles
6. Take the exit on the right onto 695 W
7. Merge to the left and continue onto 395 S
