Did you know that D.C. United’s Customer Service Center is open every gameday from gates opening to the final whistle? Located behind section 308 in the concourse at RFK, the Customer Service Center is staffed with a D.C. United customer service representative and a Guest Services staff member.
Stop by on game days in 2013 for assistance with:
- Ticket purchases, exchanges, and donations
- Field level passes to watch warm-ups
- Account assistance
- Stadium issues and lost and found
- Any other questions you might have
