D.C. United and RFK Stadium offer accommodations for our guest with disabilities. We are pleased to offer the following services:
Accessible seating can be purchased online through Ticketmaster or by calling 1-800- 653-8000. If you need to exchange seating locations for ADA seating please contact us at (202) 587-5000. You may also purchase ADA seating at either of our ticket trailers, located outside of Gates A and F.
Lot 5 is the preferred parking lot for disabled guests who wish to be dropped off and picked up at RFK Stadium. Please note that Lot 5 is a private lot. If you wish to schedule a drop-off and pick-up for a game, please contact email@example.com or 202-587-5430 to secure access to the lot.
All parking lots at RFK Stadium include disabled parking spots at the front of the rows closest to the stadium. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
RFK Stadium offers two elevators for guests with disabilities. The first elevator is located in the Gate A lobby at the Administrative Entrance, and the second elevator is located behind section 211 near Gate A, in the concourse.
RFK Stadium has a series of ramps leading up to the 300 and club level seating areas, for the convenience of disabled guests.
All restrooms at RFK Stadium are accessible to persons with disabilities.
Certified service animals or service animals in-training, for guests with disabilities, are welcome at RFK stadium. All other animals are prohibited.
To request a wheelchair escort on game day, you may do one of the following:
- Contact our Guest Services team at 202-608-1184, beginning two hours prior to kickoff.
- Visit the Customer Service Center located behind section 307 upon entry.
- Contact a Guest Services gate supervisor upon arrival to the stadium. They can be identified by their royal blue uniforms.
