GUIDELINES

• All requests must be received 72 hours prior to the specified game.
• Messages may be in English or Spanish.
• Messages must be 25 characters or less, including spaces and punctuation.
• • Photos must be in a digital format and must be e-mailed to unitedfordc@dcunited.com. We cannot scan photos for you.
• Photos must be in a digital format and must be uploaded to the online form (or e-mailed to unitedfordc@dcunited.com if you fax/mail your request) seven business days prior to the specified game. We cannot scan photos for you.
• Requests will not be processed until full payment is received.
• D.C. United reserves the right to specify during which half of the game the message will be displayed.
