Super-20 Team

Tryout results as of May 14: the following players should return for the next tryout session:

If your number is on this list, and you have not had your second tryout after the first comeback, then they are permitted to come this Friday.

D.C. United's Super-20 Team competes in United Soccer League's Super Y-League, one of the most competitive leagues in the country. The team is coached for the third year running by USSF A License coach Dafydd Evans, assisted by Tommy Park and partnered with DC United Academy staff. The DC United 20's have been undefeated in qualifiers over the last two years losing to eventual winners in the National tournament semi-finals.

Players

DC United is looking for the most serious players who want to play for and represent the most successful club in American History! The team will be made up with the D.C. region's top players born on or after January 1, 1990.

In 2009 Levi Houapeu (UMBC) finished joint top scorer in the tournament and was named to the Super 20's First Team.  Michael Rose (Notre Dame) was named in the second National Super 20's team.

Andrew Quinn and Jordan Graye both played and received recognition with the DC United Super 20's over the last few years and are now on D.C. United's first team roster.

2010 Tryouts

April 23 and May 7, 14, 21 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the RFK Auxiliary field

The April 30th tryout date has been cancelled.

All players must fill out the waiver and registration forms and fax completed copies to 202-587-5411 before participating in the try out.

Fees

If you are selected for the program after tryouts, there is a participation fee of $800.
